What it demonstrates
The project makes migration gaps visible before a change window and keeps alpha status explicit. The current repo baseline adds Nutanix DEV proof, live endpoint proof, live readiness, environment access gates, tester alpha documentation, refreshed operator-console usability, and operations guidance while keeping planning evidence separate from executed migration proof.
The Sep 8 operator-console update turns the demo into more of a workbench: Operations Dashboard, Connect Environments, Environment Profiles, Connector Policies, Run Compatibility Analysis, Operator Workbench, Settings, Users & RBAC, and Audit & State are presented as separate console pages. Results lead with operator-friendly PASS, FAILED, and preflight states before raw evidence details.
