Current emphasis
ZTF-Orchestrator remains the flagship case study, with a 90-second product walkthrough, static demo, release evidence, appliance artefact links, and operating-workflow documentation. Migration Readiness now includes a narrated overview and refreshed operator-console usability evidence.

How to read the portfolio
The demos are there to make the operating models inspectable. The project pages explain implementation state, public evidence, and boundaries so prototype, lab, and production claims are not blurred together.
