What it demonstrates
The project explores internal developer platform patterns, including request workflows, approval queues, environment operations, read-only infrastructure discovery, lab profile selection, setup validation, controlled source VM clone and image paths, staged PE/PC validation rings, reconciliation, and evidence export. The current baseline documents the guided lab VM workflow while keeping real lifecycle execution lab-only, disabled by default, and explicitly gated; the Sep 9 update polishes the operational console layout for easier inspection.
